This is a reminder that BAC Community Bank is open and will be processing Positive Pay exceptions each weekday during this holiday season apart from Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Please plan to process your exceptions before 11:00 a.m. each of these days.
Each exception item not processed will be resolved based on your company’s prearranged agreement and a non-decisioned item fee applied to the account.
Remember, Positive Pay is a program designed to fight fraud.
